We had our car towed to Dublin Ford.We we’re traveling back home to Illinois and it would not start in the morning in the motel parking lot.I cannot say enough about Daphany ,in the service department ,and Frank,the mechanic.When our car arrived at the dealership,which was 40 miles from the motel,they looked at it immediately.They truly cared about solving our problem as quickly as possible.After about three hours ,we were back on the road. Doug, Marlies, and Tim were honestly amazing. Shortest trip ever buying a vehicle. Sales person was very accommodating and knowledgeable very good experience.
Sales Consultant was helpful, but no pressure. He showed me new and used vehicles and found one that met my needs at a price that was right for me. They also arranged to have camper shell installed.
